Section 3. Saving of prerogative.

Save as expressly provided in this Enactment, nothing contained in this Enactment shall derogate from or affect the prerogative rights and powers of Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan as the Head of the religion of Islam in the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan as declared and set forth in the Laws of the Constitution of Perak Darul Ridzuan.
