PART XIX – EXECUTION


Section 149. Return.

(1) The bailiff shall make a return in the form provided to every order for execution as soon as he has completed the execution and shall deliver to the judgment creditor a copy thereof.

(2) The judgment creditor shall have the right to inspect and copy any inventory of property, account of sale, voucher, or other document relating to the execution.
