PART III - REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGES
Section 25. Reporting void or illegal marriage
It shall be the duty of every person to report to the Registrar of the circumstances of any case in which it appears to him that any alleged marriage was void or that any registrable marriage was solemnized in contravention of this Ordinance.
