COUNCIL OF RELIGION AND MALAY CUSTOM ENACTMENT, 1369 (1949)
Section 14. Rules
(i) His Highness the Ruler in Council may make rules-
(a) for regulating the proceedings of the Council;
(b) for precribing the practice and procedure to be folllowed with respect to appeals to the Council from decisions of Sharaiah Courts;
(c) for regulating the manner in which judgements and orders of the Council shall be executed and enforced;
(d) for enabling the Council to constitute committees;
(e) generally for carrying out the purposes of this Enactment.
(ii) Subject to any such rules, the Council may regulate its own procedure.
