Section 110. Birth after admission that period of iddah has expired.
If a woman, who has not remarried, makes an admission that her period of 'iddah has expired, whether the 'iddah is because of the death of her husband or of divorce, and the woman subsequently gives birth to a child, the husband of the woman shall not be deemed to be the father of the child, unless the child is born within such period as is acceptable under Hukum Syara' from the date of the marriage
