Section 70. Fetua.

If any person, other than the Mufti or a person acting under powers conferred by this Enactment, issues or purports to issue any fetua or ruling on any question of Islamic doctrine or Hukum Shara' he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or with fine not exceeding $250.
