PART IV - GENERAL
Section 130. Islamic Law
(1) Any provision or interpretation of the provision under this Enactment which is inconsistent with Islamic Law shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void.
(2) In the event of a lacuna or where any matter is not expressly provided by this Enactment, the Court shall apply Islamic Law.
