Section 64. Vesting of wakaf, nazar and trust property in Majlis.

(1) All property subject to section 63 shall without any conveyance, assignment or transfer, and, in the case of immovable property, upon registration under the written law relating to land, vest in the Majlis, for the purpose of the wakaf, nazar am or trust affecting the property.
