TERENGGANU ENACTMENT 1423H/2002M

PART I - PRELIMINARY

Section 1. Short title and commencement.

Means:

"Say: Shall I seek for judge other than Allah? When he it is who hath sent unto you the book explained in detail. They know full well to whom We have given the book, that it hath been sent down from thy Lord in truth. Never be then of those who doubt".

(The Holy Quran, Surah Al-An'am, 6:114)

This Enactment maybe cited as the Syariah Criminal Offence (Hudud and Qisas) Terengganu Enactment 1423H/2002M and shall come into operation on the date to be appointed by the Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan by notification published in the Gazette.
