PART XXIII – INTERIM ORDERS AS TO PROPERTY
Section 177. Additional powers.
The Court may for any of the purposes of this Part authorise any person to enter enclosed premises, by force if necessary, and to take sample, make plans, models or diagrams or conduct experiments.
