Section 10. Appointment and duty of the Secretary.

(1) His Royal Highness the Sultan may appoint any person who is qualified to be the Secretary of the Majlis.

(2) Subject to any directions by the Head of the Administration and to this Enactment, the Secretary shall take charge of all documents of the Majlis, including the title deeds, agreements and charges.
