ENACTMENT NO. 13 OF 1994 STATE AMAL JARIAH FUND ENACTMENT 1994
Section 22. Continuance of officers and servants.
Every person who immediately before the date of the coming into force of this Enactment was employed as an officer or servant of the Fund shall, on that date, be deemed to have been employed under this Enactment.
