PART IX - PENALTIES
Section 147. Invalid will.
(1) Any person who wilfully executes any will which is not valid commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine of not exceeding two thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding one year or with both such fine and imprisonment.
(2) The Court shall declare void such will so far as it is inconsistent with Hukum Syarak and may make any order as it considers proper.
