ENACTMENT NO. 12 OF 2002 ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (STATE OF MALACCA) ENACTMENT 2002
PART X - GENERAL
Section 136. Repeal.
(1) The Islamic Family Law Enactment 1983 [Enactment No. 8 of 1983] is repealed.
(2) All proceedings instituted under the repealed Enactment shall be continued as if this Enactment had not been passed.
(3) The repeal shall not affect the previous operation of the repealed Enactment or anything duly done or suffered thereunder or any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accured or incurred there under.
