PART V - SCHOOL ACCOUNT
Section 18. Responsibilities of the Treasurer.
(1) The Treasurer shall be responsible for all financial management of the school and shall---
(a) bank in immediately all monies received into a bank account;
(b) issue receipt for every monies received by the school;
(c) maintain account books in accordance with the direction of the Registrar from time to time;
(d) cause to provide an annual returns of all monies received and expenditure made, and a balance sheet of the preceding year; and thereafter to submit it to the Board before being audited; and
(e) submit to the Registrar an audited annual returns.
