PART III - OFFENCES RELATING TO AQIDAH
| Anyone who worships or causes to be worshipped any beach, tree, open space, grave, forest, hill or any other thing or any person in any manner or for any purpose contrary to Hukum Syara' commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both and the Court may order that the equipment, building or construction used for the worshipping be destroyed. |
