Section 14. General provisions as to disability.

Where a plaintiff is a person under disability -

(a) no settlement or compromise shall valid without the Court's sanction;

(b) all money or other property recovered for the plaintiff in or in consequence of the action shall be paid inro Court or deposited in Court, unless the Court shall otherwise order.
