Section 41. Power of Majlis to appoint.

(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in section 40 the Majlis may appoint any person to serve it.

(2) Salaries, allowances, gratuities in consideration of or in relation to the services of persons appointed under subsection (1) may be paid under Section 118.
