Section 31. Judgement etc., other than those mentioned in sections 28 to 30 when relevant.

Judgement, orders or decrees other than those mentioned in section 28, 29 and 30 are irrelevant unless the existence of such judgement, order or decree is a fact in issue or is relevant under some other provision of this Enactment.
