Meeting of the Majlis

Section 28. Minutes of meetings.

(1) The Secretary shall keep minutes of the meetings of the Majlis and at every meeting the minutes of the previous meeting shall be confirmed, subject to any amendment that may be made.

(2) Unless otherwise directed by the Majlis in any particular case, the minutes shall be in a summarised form and shall contain decisions and matters of importance.

(3) As soon as possible after every meeting of the Majlis, a copy of the minutes shall be sent to His Royal Highness the Sultan and to all members of the Majlis.
