PART XI - OFFENCES
Section 124. Unlawful erection or dedication of mosques.
Whoever erects, or dedicates or otherwise applies any building as a mosque in contravention of the provisions of section 75 of this Enactment shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars, and the Court may, subject to the rights of any third party, order the person so erecting a mosque or dedicating or otherwise applying a building, to demolish the mosque or building.
