PART XI - REPEAL, SAVING AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
Section 85. Transfer of powers, rights, liabilities and duties.
Subject to this Ordinance, every power, right, authority, privilege, duty, liability or obligations which immediately before the appointed date were vested in or charged on the former Majlis shall, as form that date, vest in and be charged on the Majlis established under this Ordinance, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance.
