PART VI - OFFENCES RELATING TO DECENCY
| (1) A husband who prostitutes his wife or wilfully allows her to prostitute herself is guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both and may also be liable to whipping of not more than six strokes. (2) A parent or guardian who prostitutes his child or a child under his care or wilfully allows his child or a child under his care to prostitute herself is guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both and may also be liable to whipping of not more than six strokes. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
