PART IV - SURCHARGE
Section 17. Withdrawal of surcharge
Notwithstanding sections 15 and 16, the Majlis may at any time withdraw any surcharge in respect of which a satisfactory explanation has been received or if it otherwise appears that no surcharge should have been imposed, and the Majlis shall immediately notify the person sucharged of that withdrawal.
