Section 11. Appointment of Kadi Besar and Deputy Kadi Besar.

(1) His Highness the Sultan may on the advice of the majlis, appoint any fit and proper person to be the Kadi Besar and Deputy Kadi Besar.

(2) The appointment of Kadi Bear and Deputies Kadi Besar shall be published in the Gazette.
