PART XXIII – INTERIM ORDERS AS TO PROPERTY
Section 174. Protective orders.
(1) Where in any action on a contract or for the recovery of any movable property the plaintiff's claim is prima facie established and the defendant by way of defence, or claims then, the Court may make such order for the delivery, preservation of wastody of any movable property the subject-matter of the dispute, or for the payment into Court of any sum in dispute, or both, as may be just.
(2) This section shall apply mutatis mutandis to counterclaims.
