PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM NEGERI KEDAH DARUL AMAN

Section 10. Power to borrow

(1) The Majlis may, with the approval of the Ruler-in-Council and on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Ruler-in-Council, borrow such sums as it may require for discharging any of its functions under this Enactment.

(2) Sums borrowed by virtue of subsection (1) shall be paid into the Baitulmal.
