General Administration Fund and Zakat and Fitrah Fund

Section 69. Donations by Government and others.

(1) The Government may, from time to time, make donations to the General Administration Fund of such amounts as is considered appropriate.

(2) Any donation of money which is received by the Majlis from any sources for general purposes which are not contrary to the Hukum Syarak or for the purposes as provided for in section 68 shall form part and be included in the General Administration Fund.
