PART III - JURISDICTION OF SYARIAH COURT

Section 12. Hearing of Appeals.

Appeals shall be heard in open court and be decided in accordance with the opinion of the majority of the members of the Appeal Committee. The Appeal Committee shall prepare a certificate signed by the Chairman setting out the grounds of the decision. A copy of such certificate shall be supplied to the trial court.
