(1) His Royal Highness the Sultan may, on the advice of the Majlis, by notification in the Gazette constitute Syariah Subordinate Courts for the State of Kedah Darul Aman at such places considered fit.
(2) His Royal Highness the Sultan may, on the advice of the Majlis, by notification in the Gazette constitute a Syariah High Court for the State of Kedah Darul Aman.
(3) His Royal Highness the Sultan may, on the advice of the Majlis, by notification in the Gazette constitute a Syariah Appeal Court for the State of Kedah Darul Aman.
