Section 18. Power to use agents.

The Majlis may use and pay for agents and professional advisers including advocates and solicitors, bankers, share brokers, surveyors and valuers or other persons, to carry out any functions and to perform any other work which ought to be done or performed in order to carry out its duties or to attain the objectives of the Enactment in a better way.
