PART IV - GENERAL PROCEDURE

Section 22. Language.

(1) Bahasa Malaysia shall be the language of the Court, but the Court may in the interest of justice allow the use of any language.

(2) All documents of the Court or record of trial may be written or typed in the Jawi or Romanised script.

(3) All documents in another language which is to be used as evidence in court shall be accompanied with a certified translation by a certified interpreter.
