ENACTMENT NO 17 OF 2003 ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (STATE OF JOHORE) ENACTMENT 2003
PART X - GENERAL
Section 136. Repeal.
(1) The Islamic Family Law Enactment 1990 [Enactment No. 5 of 1990] is repealed.
(2) All proceedings institued under the repealed Enactment shall be continued as if this Enactment had not been passed.
(3) The repeal shall not affect the previous operation of the repealed Enactment or anything duly done or suffered thereunder or any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accured or incurred there under.
