Section 3. Saving of prerogative.

Save as expressly provided for in this Enactment, nothing contained therein shall derogate from or affect the prerogative rights an powers of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong as the Head of the religion of Islam in the State of Sabah, as declared and set forth in the Constitution of the State of Sabah.
