PART III - REGISTRATION OF SCHOOLS
Section 6. Application for registration.
(1) The Management Committee shall make an application for the registration of the school to the Registrar.
(2) The Management Committee after consultation with the Religious Administrative Officer shall propose to the Registrar the name of members of the Board of the school in the application.
(3) On receipt of an application under subsection (1) the Registrar shall consider either to approve the application with or without conditions, or reject it.
(4) The Registrar's decision to reject the application shall be served on the applicant by a written notice stating the grounds of rejection in the notice and from the following date upon receipt of the notice the applicant shall cease to operate the school.
(5) Where an application is approved, the Registrar shall, upon payment of any prescribed fees, register the school and issue a Certificate of Registration stating the conditions therein, if any.
(6) The Registrar may amend, alter, add to, or revoke any conditions stated in the Certificate of Registration.
