Section 3. Saving of prerogative.

Save as expressly provided in this Enactment, nothing contained in this Enactment shall derogate from or affect the prerogative rights and powers of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong as the Head of the Religion of Islam in the State of Sabah as declared and set forth in the Constitution of the State of Sabah.
