Section 83. Power of Court to order for attachment of earned income.
(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of any written law to the contrary, the Court, on the application of the person to whom a maintenance order was made or the guardian of the said person, may make an order for the attachment of earned income, if the Court deems fit so to do.
(2) An application for an order for attachment of earned income may be made at the hearing in which maintenance order is being sought for or in any subsequent proceeding.
