PART XV – SUBPOENAS
Section 100. Attendance of person in custody.
A party requiring the attendance of a person in the custody of the authority may be required to deposit in Court the probable cost of his conveyance under escort to and from the Court and subsistence expense. Subject to the provisions of any written law, the Court may thereupon issue an order for his production in Court and the relevant officer shall obey the order.
