PART VI - FINANCIAL Accounts
Section 72. Bankers.
(1) The Majlis shall appoint bankers and may have such accounts with the said bankers as to the Majlis seem proper.
(2) Payments by the Majlis of amounts exceeding fifty dollars shall be made by cheque. All monies received by or for the Majlis shall be paid into a bank account of the Majlis in the manner provided in Financial General Orders.
(3) Cheques drawn on any bank account of the Majlis shall be signed by the President or by a member of the Majlis authorised by the President in that behalf, and countersigned by the Secretary.
