PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM DAN 'ADAT MELAYU PERAK

Section 22. Minutes.

(1) The Secretary shall keep the minutes of all meetings of the Majlis.

(2) At every meeting the minutes of the previous meeting shall be read and confirmed, subject to any emendment which may be required.

(3) The minutes shall be entered in the minute book of the Majlis and shall be precise and contain only decisions and matter if importance.

(4) As soon as possible after every meeting of the Majlis, a copy of the draft minutes shall be sent to Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan, and if on confirmation of the draft minutes the minutes are amended, Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan shall forthwith be informed of the admendments made.

(5) No decision made in any meeting of the Majlis shall be acted upon until the minutes of the meeting have been confirmed or, if action is required to be taken before the minutes have been confirmed, Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan has signified His assent in writing.
