Section 119. Determining that a witness is 'adil.
Where a witness has given his evidence by way of syahadah and the Judge has reason to believe that he is not 'adil, the Judge shall order such witness to be examined as hereinafter provided.
Explanation - If it appear to a Judge that a witness who has given syahadah is unworthy of credit, he shall cause such witness to be examined to determine whether he is 'adil or otherwise.
