Section 135. Power to commute punishment.
His Royal Highness the Sultan (acting in accordance with the provisions of Article 42 of the Laws of the Constitution of Kedah Darulaman and Article 42 of the Federal Constitution) may without the consent of the person sentenced, commute anyone of the following sentence for any other mentioned after it-
