PART III - REGISTRATION OF RELIGIOUS SCHOOLS

Section 11. Prohibition on change of address of premise of religious school.

(1) No religious school shall change the address of its premises or make any alteration to the premises without the prior written approval of the Registrar.

(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence.
