PART V - OF APPEAL AND REVISION Chapter XIX - PROCEEDINGS IN CASE OF CERTAIN OFFENCES AFFECTING THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE
Section 164. Appeal.
(1) Any person sentenced by any lower court under the provisions of this Chapter may appeal to the Mahkamah Rayuan.
(2) The provisions of Chapter XVII shall, so far as they are applicable, apply to appeals under this section and the appellate court may alter or reverse the finding or reduce, alter or reverse the sentence appealed against.
(3) The provisions of Chapter XVIII shall also apply to all proceedings by a Kadi under this Chapter.
