| Anyone who instigates, forces or induces any married woman or man to be divorced or to neglect the duties and responsibilities between spouses commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both. |
