Section 60. Hearing of Appeal.

(1) On receiving a record of appeal under the provisions of the preceding section of this Enactment, the President shall appoint an Appeal Committee in accordance with the provisions of section 12, to hear the appeal.

(2) The Appeal Committee so appointed shall fix a date for the hearing of the appeal and shall notifiy the parties of the date and the place of the said hearing.

(3) On the appeal coming on for hearing the Appeal Committee shall hear the appellant and, if it considers necessary, the respondent to the Appeal and may then make such order in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 13 of this Enactment as it considers appropriate.
