Section 85. Public Protection Ordinance, 1948.

The Public Authorities Protection Ordinance, 1948, shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceeding against the Majlis or agent of the Majlis in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by him in such capacity.
