Section 8. Public, when to assist Judge, Religious Enforcement Officer and Police.

Every person is bound to assist a Judge, Religious Enforcement Officer and Police Officer, reasonably demanding his aid-

(a) in the taking or preventing the escape of any other person whom such Judge, Religious Enforcement Officer or Police Officer authorised to arrest; or

(b) in the prevention of breach of the peace arising from the act of arrest of detention.
