PART VI - MARRIAGE AND DIVORCE


Section 122. Place of marriage.

(1) Every marriage shall be solemnized in a mukim masjid in which one, of the parties to the marriage ordinarily resides.

(2) Every marriage shall be registered and the fees in respect thereof shall be payable in the place where the marriage was solemnized.
