PART IV - GENERAL PROCEDURE


Section 23. Record.

(1) Every court shall keep and maintan full and proper records of all actions and proceedings before it and full and proper accounts of all financial transactions of the court and account for all moneys received according to the procedure provided by this Enactment or any written law.

(2) All grounds of decision and references shall be recorded in the court's decision.
